Q: I noted Visa is in Business Services industry (software and programming) whereas MasterCard is listed in Financial Services. Shares for Visa currently lower than MasterCard. Going forward which of the two would be better value investment and why? I am thinking it is Visa but would appreciate your input.

Q: Hello.

I own Smart Real Estate Investment Trust and I am wondering if I should hold or sell it. I had bought it, when it was called Calloway, since 2008. Dividends have been reinvested since my first purchase.

Since bricks and mortar retail stores are under pressure and interest rates are rising, should I sell SRU.UN or keep on holding it? I am interested in capital growth with some income, but if the prospects for SRU.UN are not good, I prefer to sell it even though it pays out a good dividend.

Q: I am low on financials, I have some BNS, and TD. I would like to buy more bank stocks, I like the dividends, but would like some growth. Should I add to the ones I have or buy another one, maybe RY or CM.

Q: In answer to Mohammed's question yesterday about 10 - 15 top solid small cap stocks, you listed TV under materials. I have done well with your recommendations, especially in the small cap sector. Q: My family has inherited a quantity of BCE shares. They are physical paper shares, legal, not held in an on line brokerage. They are currently part of the estate. We are being quoted horrendous fees by the bank/ third party agency to sell them. Do you have any suggestions on how we can sell these shares at a reasonable cost. Would BCE buy them back directly?
