Q: I was stopped out on ENB a while ago but now would like to reenter the sector. Which pipeline company would you buy today for some growth as well as the steady dividend ?

I have very little fixed income exposure and would like to add some longer term decent yield ETF's or Income Stocks from the Income Model Portfolio.
Is CPD a good buy at this stage in the cycle? Its been a long time since I have purchased preferred shares, therefore is CPD a good buy?
If CPD is not a great choice today, can you recommend a ETF or Stock pick please.

Q: On reviewing your responses, I noticed your preference of BYD. Meanwhile, NIO has taken a dive, although this co seems to get also support. How to proceed on these two companies, buy/hold/sell? Would investment in MG or even Ford be preferable?

Q: I think in a previous answer to a question on the Brookfield group of companies you suggested owning up to 15% of this group was OK. I am wondering about the Dream group of companies and your opinion of DRG.UN, DIR.UN, etc., and if you like them, what limit would put on ownership of the group and why?

Q: My questions are on FIH.UN..... First... When does it report next ? And in the last quarter there was a large offset to earnings due to a drop in value of IIFL. It lost 50% of it's share value between the beginning of September and the end of October. I can't find a reason for that drop. If they had a bad quarter I'd like to know what it was attributed to and prospects going forward. So my question is why did it happen and what's up ahead ? ....Also with roughly a third of the bank deal done how are we going to see it on the upcoming quarterly report ? Are we going to see earnings, expense, valuation, a combination ? Basically I'd like to know how the purchase will be treated in relation to earnings from the other owned entities ? Are we going to see bank earnings from what they have thus far purchased ? Thanks for your great service.....

Q: The share price of PPL has dropped five straight days totaling almost 5% heading into the Q1 result release on May 2.

Are you aware of any rumbling out there? PPL is my largest holding and I have planned to trim it down after the Q1 results and now I want to wait and see until May 2. Is this a wise strategy? Don't want to sell when prices are in a mini free fall. Thanks.
