Q: Does Applied Digital Coorporation (APLD; not listed as such in 5i database) seem like a somewhat less recognized and thus potentially more profitable stock to play the AI data storage theme?

Q: This question is actually on i 80 gold's common shares but you can comment on the warrants as well. This is my stake in a gold developer (I have larger positions in Agnico Eagle and BTGold) and it has disappointed me. They have good geology in a top notch juristiction (Nevada). They have lots of infrastructure that could be refurbished (an old autoclave) there are roads, (like Interstate 80), a rail spur, historic mining knowledge but all of this has not done the share price any good. Mangement is trying to get a partner to develop their base metal assets but there have been no offers (at least publicly) and therefore the company had to do another share offering to keep the drills turning. They are producing some gold and gold beaing ore but not enough to generate enough cash to keep the exploration drills turning. The $100 + million they raised a few months ago can keep them going to Christmas or early next year. What do you think will happen with I-80 gold? A take out at a lower valuation? Another equity raise which means more dilution to current shareholders? A joint venture on the base metal? I think this company has lots of potential but how long should one wait for these 'nuggets in the rough" to get polished into shiny gold?

Q: My portfolio is 35 per cent technology. I own 600 shares of Nvidia which comprise close to 10 per cent of my holdings. I also own Goog Amazon Microsoft and Apple but no Meta. Does it make sense to sell 200 shares of Nvidia to buy into Meta at this time or do I not interfere with the Nvidia momentum.

Q: Would you buy the dip here? I have a 3% position and want to top it to a 4.5%.

On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being a high conviction call, how would you rate Gsy as a buy currently (30$ off its 52wk high)

Q: Hi Peter...Do you have any comments on GOT's latest press release? Do you feel they have enough money to fund this year's drill program or is there a strong likelyhood of a share offering in the not too distant future? Any change in insider ownership? Does Eric Sprott, (a noted "gold bug") still own 9% of the common stock? The share price is down slightly today which may indicate investor sentiment that a share offering is in the works. Of course that's what's public markets are for!

Q: With LNG ports being built in British Columbia, could you suggest a few producing LNG companies and a few pipe line companies that will benifit from these ports? Also any timelines when these ports will be in service and what companies own and will benifit from these ports?

Q: Left my employee that had a target date pe sion option. I had to move my money out of Omers into TD. Looking for a target date ETF or equivalent preferably with a drip option. Every fund I find is in the wrong currency and won't let me order the etf. Does anyone know a target dates Ticker in Canadian funds I can explore??

Q: If Trump is re-elected as president of the USA. he could seek to devalue the U.S. dollar, making Canadian exports to the U.S. less cost competitive. How would this be done??? How serious do you think this DRI.UN management fiasco is? Do you foresee a long time in the penalty box for the name (it fell drastically today and has a lot to make up to get back) or do you think there will be a reasonably quick recovery?
(I've got a fair amount tied up in DRI.UN and got quite a shock when I looked at my accounts this morning, so I'm in need of a level headed take on the situation.)
