Pacer US Small Cap Cash Cows ETF (CALF)
Q: I currently hold CALF and SLYV-A as part of my small-cap part of my portfolio. SLYV is up 21.05%, while CALF is only 5.21% in one year. IWM is up 28.42% in the same period. I want to sell CALF and buy IWM. Alternatively, buy IWR as a mid-cap may have better potential.
Q: Thanks for your response to my previous question. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, CVS is down 4% this morning on this news:
A Senate bill, sponsored by Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) and Josh Hawley (R., Mo.), would force the companies that own health insurers or pharmacy-benefit managers to divest their pharmacy businesses within three years.
But surely, if CVS divested their pharmacy business then the proceeds could be used to reduce their debt? So why has the market reaction been so harsh?

Q: Hello, what are your thoughts on this company at current price valuations and its prospects over next five plus years.
Q: I’m trying to decide which company to add money to for my TFSA. GoEasy has had quite the pullback from being over $200 not too long ago, and is cheaper than Propel. Can you make a case for which one you would choose? Thank you
Q: Given current market conditions, what would be the major headwinds facing ZCS? It seems fairly resilient during Dow declines. Thanks.
Q: What do you think of the 30 stock holdings in this etf, cover most bases for a good etf holding?
Thanks again

Q: Good morning,
About a month ago I took a tax-loss sale on BCE. Was a ~ 2% weighting. My 30 day "waiting period" is up this Friday, and now I am undecided as to buy it back, initiate a 2% position in SOBO, or do 1% BCE and 1% SOBO. I know you don't love to comment on portfolio weightings, but if you were me, what would you do?
Thanks as always.

Q: Looking at your income portfolio I see CPD is down ~24% but when I look at the chart it has never been higher, how can that b
Q: Comparing a 5 year chart of GLXY to the price of Bitcoin, there is a noticable correlation it seems to me which on one hand makes perfect sense, on the other hand as the company matures and the space they are in is growing exponetially, I wonder why the stock isnt outperforming? I'm wrestling with " pigs get slaughtered" against "you dont get rich selling after a 100% gain".
Q: I recently purchased S24 Ultra, and transferred all data from previous phone, however 5i site did not tsf over. I have gone through the play store, but does not have a 5i site. Can you please assist on how to get your site on my phone.

Q: Hello 5-i,
What is the concencus on natural gas prices over the next year or so.WIth the completion of the LNG pipeline to the Pacific, companies such as this one ought to benefit from more demand ,therefore a higher price for nat.gaz.Is this a good time to accumulate the stock?
many thanks,
Jean

Q: Most of my TFSA is in Canadian stocks (plus some US CDRs GOOGL, MSFT, AMZN). Now I'm thinking of adding 2 ETFs to my unregistered account. So far, my first choice is VFV, because I know you like it. But you mentioned another one that broadens out from the S&P 500. Not sure about that one: thoughts? But I want one more, particularly with dividend and some growth. If there is a USA one that, like VFV, trades in Canada TSX but pays dividends in US dollars, that might work nicely. Alternatively, maybe a Canadian one that is not too focused on Financials and Energy, one with which I could get dividend tax credit, may work. Between dividend and growth, I would lean toward growth and sacrifice some dividend. Between Canada and USA, I'd like USA, but only if I can buy on TSX. I'd like to stick to just two, but maybe three would work best? What say you? Thank you, yet again, for such a fabulous service.
Q: CM reported a low provision for estimated loan loss, while BMO reported a higher provision. My question is do all Canadian banks follow the same criteria to determine if a specific loan is bad? If not the same criteria, the amount of provision is quite subjective.

Q: If I understand correctly, HHL is a Canadian ETF that holds US or maybe global Health Care stocks, and HHL.U is the same fund in US$.
For US$ Health Care covered call ETF, would you recommend the HHL.U or would some other similar ETF be more suitable?
Thank you
jerry

Q: I have these stocks in my TFSA. How would you rate them for growth and dividend.
Q: ..a poorly worded new release, convenient mail strike and a share price that keeps dropping. Would you hold GXE or dump it and never invest with that mgmt again?
