Q: As an owner of both the above companies, I wonder your thoughts of ENGH going after STC via acquisition for the UCaaS software, and spinning off the rest of the hardware and services side?
It's not their style, but I think value could be had for both here. ENGH could use debt to finance it, and use the proceeds of a spinoff to pay down / off debt.
Would a transaction like this make sense? I personally would love to see ENGH make larger buys given their cash generation.
UCaaS seems like a good opportunity to braoden for them.
Just trying to get both of these companies going again....

Q: Hello 5i,
I am not thrilled with QCOM YTD -10%. NVIDIA +70% GOOGLE +64%
Do you think more patience is required or NVIDIA would be just a much better company at this point going forward? I am looking for growth and don't care (great deal) about the dividend (although it is nice to have). I know the valuation risk is different but it was the same risks in January yet the results speak for themselves.

Q: Teck has jumped a bit in the last couple of days, apparently on a suggestion that they would strip out their coal operations or perhaps even split into more parts. Do you see this as a likely outcome and if so, what sort of time line would this play out? I have some shares...would you continue to hold or take advantage of the current increase? Many thanks for your excellent service.
Q: I own well-in-the-money options of CPG that expire Jan'22. I plan to exercise them anyways before then; if I do it immediately will I be eligible for the increased dividend? If I do it this calendar year does this trigger a capital gain, or just need to track ACB?
Q: Hi, which of these gold companies would you favour at the moment?
Q: I am thinking of selling nsr and buying groy.us as nsr has been a dog

Q: Most of my portfolio is doing great but I am not happy with DND. I feel like it is stagnating in the $45-$50 range and those funds could be better used elsewhere. Can you suggest 4-5 other stocks to consider (CDN exchange)? Thanks

Q: Hi,
In respect to the question from Brad in regards to small caps, you responded as:
"We have seen some studies showing the group is cheap (relatively) than it has been in 10 years. The 4Q is often good for the sector.
Could you name 3 to 5 small cap stocks that you would recommend?
Thanks,
