Q: Hi there,

I am considering opening a USD TFSA and converting it from CAD to USD using Norberts Gambit. It is a large sum and I was wondering if now would be a good time to do it or wait for the CAD to strengthen. Do you think there will be a better opportunity in the next few months or would you be comfortable doing it today?

How do you feel about HR.UN, they seem to be hard hit by this pandemic in terms of stock price, do you see liquidity problems or concerns about them ? There financials seem solid.

Q: Hi gang
In an answer today.. saying that Consumer Cyclicals are better choice over Staples at this juncture ..you mention DOL and DG as good choices to consider. But in your cover reports you say they are both Defensive. Is Defensive not the same as Staples?

I was wondering when this fund rebalances and what the maximum weight is for a single holding. I hold the fund because I do like having some exposure to Shopify but more so because I think some of the smaller holdings have great long term growth potential. Your thoughts?

Q: Hello Team,

Currently own ECN, down 15% on this one. I have been eyeing BMO for awhile now. Comparing BMO on a one year chart it lags and dropped the most from the other big banks, down roughly 35%. However, at roughly 68$ isn't it an attractive entry point?

Can you please explain why BMO lags? And second, would switching ECN to BMO be a good move or simply stick with ecn?

Q: I currently own both these 2 stocks for a 4% weight and have done well so far. I was wondering if I should sell 1 % of each and then buy MFST for a 2% weight. What do you think the comfortable weight of these 2 stocks should be? What % would you hold in a portfolio if 5i had a US portfolio?
