Q: Good Morning 5i

We have EPD and GIC's in our income side of RRSP's. We have room for a another stock at a 1/2 position. What are your thoughts on BTI with an 8.52% dividend? Do you have another stock as a preference?

Would you still recommend holding onto this company? Their recent results have been disappointing which has been reflected in its share price. Would you still hold or would you recommend moving on from this one in favor if another company? If move on, is there another name in the sector that you would recommend?

Q: In the US healthcare space, I am looking for a value priced name with meaningful upside total return potential (3 to 5 years) ideally with some current yield. Am thinking ABBV but not sure if I should be looking at pure play pharmaceutical, equipment mfg or..? CVS already owned

Q: Pfe had tumbled from 52 week H of $54.93 to recent 52 week low of $36.17.Very positive reaction to the tune of + 4.87%(at $38.56) to today's favourable peer reviewed study of oral drug for weight loss. Q: Is VNQ a good investment in a stagflation environment, or does its current issue of office and retail REIT exposure going to counteract that situation ?

Are rising interest rates the only other reason for its underperformance recently?

Is it possible to come up with a metric that compares how expensive / inexpensive it is today as an investment relative to it's past ?

Q: Please give your assessment of this ETF - AIQ. It appears to hold stocks that have been driving the S&P500 higher this year so do you see any more upside?
