Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,

Our local pharmacy is in a building owned by Northwest Healthcare Properties, and noticed that the door opening devices have been changed from the kind you needed to touch to push, to the new type where you only need to wave your hand without touching - a great improvement, especially due to Covid. I've also noticed this device at the restroom door at a local Swiss Chalet.

My question is this: are there any companies or ETFs in Canada or the US that are engaged in these infrastructure improvements that seem to be gaining wide acceptance?

Thanks as always.

Q: Hi - Need some insight. I have had SWK for awhile and it has done well, but I am not sure how much more room there is for it to grow. I am thinking of selling and using the money on ATVI. Only concern is that ATVI might be a "Covid" stock whose value will decline with a vaccine. What do you think about these moves?

Q: Hi. These companies are all from the industrial group of the S & P Dividend Aristocrats list. I'm looking to invest in one or two of them, to hold for the long term. Do any stand out to you? Any that you would avoid?

Q: I wish I had taken you more seriously in September when you said that Newell is "in general is not a company we would be overly interested in."
Now, based on your recent comments, and it's disaster quarterly report, I am ready to sell and lick my wounds. Would you agree?
Can you give a couple of suggestions for replacement in the consumer goods or health care space. I am looking for growth alone or growth plus income.
Thanks in advance for your great advice.
