Q: What weight, if any, do you put on Warren Buffett, through Berkshire, increasing his position in a stock? As you well know, he has a strong reputation for finding value. In the 3rd Q, Buffett increased his holdings in PARA to $1.7B. What is your view of PARA here? I think you last had it as a sell but that was in a portfolio clean-up. What does Buffett see that others may not see?
Thanks

Q: Hello 5i
As a value investor, SYZ is sold with a loss. PepsiCo, bought a while ago has an increase by the same amount as the loss. The dividend is 2.6%. If I sell Pepsico what suggestions would there be to replace these that have a signficant dividend? I am a 77 year old value investor with a ten year time frame with stocks and 16 ETF's in all 11 sectors, 6 ETF's of which are covered call. Any suggestions as to this strategy would be appreciated. Please take as many credits as required.
Thank you,
Stanley

Q: Hello Peter,
We do not own LNTH as of yet but are watching the stock. When looking at sales and stock price for a 5-year period it was relatively flat. What event triggered a 3-fold increase in stock price? Was it one very large order for equipment in 2021 or a sustainable increase in equipment sales?
Cheers,
Debbie and Jerry

Health Care Select Sector SPDR (XLV)
Q: I just sold off my Biogen holding and am looking for a replacement within the healthcare sector. I held Biogen for over 3 years and exited with a nice return, but I have to say that I did not enjoy the wild ride and price swings as it seemed to trade solely on its new Alzheimer’s drug advancements and setbacks. So now I am looking to replace it with something a little more stable but still with the expectation of slow and steady growth. What would be your top 1 or 2 picks be today for both the US and Canada that might fit. I already own Savaria and XLV so something besides these.

Q: What are your thoughts on STM. Buy, sell or hold. What would be a good acquisition price.
Q: As a follow up to your excellent summary response to my question asking about Digital Turbines (APPS) quarterly earnings, you said you would be comfortable adding to it with a long term view in mind and that it may come down in price after its big rise after the earnings report. I am wondering what would be a good price to try and get to add to a small position (decreased significantly since purchased near highs). Thank so much for all your great advice and work that the 5i team does!

Q: Hi 5i Team,
I own the above noted stocks as a smaller portion of my portfolio of higher risk names. All of these names are down other than CTS. Do you see any of these names as ones that I should sell as part of a portfolio clean up?
Thanks in advance,
Jon

Q: Hi 5i
PFE ($49.36) has had a nice run. Any worries of a backlash against them as we all keep getting jabs and yet keep getting COVID? The virus mutates faster than they can come up with new vaccines. Will investors start to worry that this giant boost to revenue may disappear?
-And side question-how have your portfolios fared this year? Just curious since you don't own any Canadian stocks, have you managed to avoid major declines?
