I have owned all 3 of BCE, T and RCI.B for years in an income-generating portfolio of dividend stocks, around 12% of the total.
Considering selling RCI.B and splitting the proceeds between BCE and T, to simplify and to capture more income from BCE and more growth from T.
Does holding RCI.B provide some "diversification" value amongst the three?

I have been thinking of selling gild at a tax loss following their earnings report. Wondering what you would see as a replacement in order to buy back later. And should I buy back later or just keep the replacement. I already own abbievie in this sector.

My question relates to ETFs such as ZQQ and others put out by BMO that hold foreign stocks and Tax Form T1135. Are these considered foreign property and thus have to reported on form T1135. My broker did not really know and the CRA site did not deal with ETFs

In a long term horizon 3 years and more for the above list could you separate them into 3 buckets and identify 1 group for which you would add funds, 1 group to keep and 1 group to sell? All stocks mentioned are now reduced to 1% or less in a non-taxable portfolio.
