In an earlier question today you responded being OK selling GRID and replacing with ELVA. Would you please give a brief reason why?

Q: Dear 5i,
I initiated a small position in Zedcore based on your prior recommendations after the Amazon competition threat decreased ZDC’s price - thanks for the timely evaluation. After a short ‘test-drive’ I am considering adding to it. I’d appreciate your take on the bought deal closing Feb 27. Can you explain why the underwriters are paying a premium to the current share price? Also, has the company outlined how it will deploy the $30 million and what is your take on the impact of this new spend on future growth. With all the bank earnings out, and the conference calls occurring, did you get a sense on how credit worthiness is doing? How were banks provisioning for loan losses? Thinking of Propel and Goeasy and whether they will get through this cycle just fine?

Q: I know you still like BN even as a top pick for TFSA but since all the other private credit names are suffering this one seems to be lagging.
