Q: Airboss is quietly climbed about 50% over the past three months. I haven't seen any news or (much) insider buying. Does the current value seem reasonable?

There really hasn't been any news other than a new board member and a contract announcement from November. It reports next week. Up 30% YTD, it is likely benefiting from a sector rotation to industrial companies. BOS is not likely to be hurt by AI, certainly. The stock is down about 70% in the past decade, and has a long way to go to its $36 high from 2021. Insiders own 21% and there has been some minor buying over the past six months. It is 24x 2026e earnings, which is on the high side for a small cap, certainly.
