Q: (Part 2 with 6 new companies) I watched a presentation on Saturday where analysts fielded audience company suggestions and whittled them down to a few that they felt could 10 X in a reasonable time frame. I am wondering if you can look at this six and rank based on potential? For the top two, it would be great if you can discuss the TAM, impact of market value and shares outstanding, if they are solving a new problem/creating a new market and quality of management. Basically, why those two?
Q: Workhorse has had a very good increase in share price in the last few months. No doubt, it has been part of the excitement with the EV space. The financial matrices are very mysterious to me; can you provide some insight to how their financials are situated. And where do you see the share price going from here? Is this the beginning of a long run of increases or more a bubble? Thanks for your excellent service.
Q: Liking the semi conductor and related space, which of the companies listed would you suggest to hold for greatest growth over the next 3-6 months. Provide other companies names if you feel are better
Q: I own all for of these companies, totalling about 4% of my portfolio. I'm happy with all of them but I wonder if there is too much overlap between positions and if I'd be better off consolidating. Could you rank in order of both growth potential and risk?
Q: I have been recently reading more about the SolarWinds hack and the desperate need for beefing up cyber security. I know CrowdStrike is one of your favourites and you have brought up the potential Arctic Wolf IPO. Just wondering if any other companies are interesting in the cyber security space.
Q: My understanding (misunderstanding?) is that MLPs are subject to very high withholding taxes when held by Canadians. From some comments on MLPs I've seen in the past, I had the impresssion that its not always possible to determine the cost of the fees.
1. Does the fact that AMZA is an ETF of MLPs (rather than an MLP itself) change any of this?
2. Is the withholding a fixed percent of the distribution or does it vary based on the make up of the distribution?
3. Is there an account type that would be better or worse to hold this ETF?
Q: Thanks for the great service. I feel like I have become too heavy on tech and healthcare and not well-diversified globally. Can you suggest some small and large caps that you would buy today?
