Q: Hello 5I: Just a miscellaneous query. BYD.UN has recently reorganized and has become BYD. Someone here threw out the idea that this company might want to list in the USA and you answered saying there are no such plans known. But if they ever did want to list in the USA, what would they trade under....there already is a USA company with that ticker, "BYD", (Boyd Gaming Corp). Would they have to use a different ticker there? would that cause confusion?

Q: My question is about GC. Am reviewing my TFSA positions and am trying to decide whether to continue to hold or move on to something else. Short term seems to be "dead money" but longer term may see return to good growth. I am okay waiting for 3-5 yrs, but not if there is little growth over that time frame. What level of comfort do you have with the management team's near term execution and capex returns? The money laundering issues have seemed to die down somewhat. Do you think that there could be a take-over because of the current valuation?

Q: When would it be a wise decision to also list on the US Nasdaq platform rather than only on the TSX exchange. There are financial costs and other issues that must be taken into consideration but also being listed in the US would improve the stock price.

Q: There wasn't much info given on Enghouse's purchase of Dialogic. They acquired it for 1 times sales which seems low. Do you know if the low on that metric is offset by something like low or no profitability, slowing sales, etc?

Q: I have two small positions in CSH.UN (1.3%) and SIS (1.0%), and I wanted to consolidate the invested capital into one holding. I consider them both to be investments within the healthcare space, which is part of the reason for consolidating these two holdings. I am strongly leaning towards selling CSH.UN and buying more SIS. Does this sound reasonable, or is there another option worth considering?
