Q: This company is projected to make 1.32 US/share for 2021 or $1.68 CDN.. The numbers come out next week. It seems awfully cheap and indications are the seafood industry is very strong. Are you able to tell me the highest p/e it has ever traded at? If the 4th q numbers are strong, I think they may raise the dividend closer to the pre-covid levels.

Q: Hello Peter and team,
With Telus Internations latest good results, why is the stock tanking? I understand with the tech selloff Tecsys has taken a hit but your previous comments were positive with the exception of recent comment which was not as positive? Is this a hold and what has changed for investors to change the tune so quickly.. Lastly with BCE and Telus having higher PEs than normal, is it time to take some off the table? Much appreciated.

Q: I realize the eps miss.
Is there anything besides supply chains which would be the main factor in the pre-market 10% drop ?
Would be grateful for a quick response if its possible.

Q: Hi Peter and team,
I would appreciate your thoughts on GSY quarter earning. What is the estimated? What result will be good from your point of view? If you are going to buy more after the quarter earning, assuming you already have some positions, then what result would be?
Thanks,
James

Q: I hold the above stocks as the industrial portion of my portfolio. I try to keep my portfolio under 28 stocks and your recent comments on your "cooling" to SIS has me contemplating a change. I am trying to decide if I am best served from a diversification standpoint to go with TFII (or too much like CNR?), go with a more of a manufacturing name (ATA, TT), sell SIS and spread the proceeds among the three remaining stocks or as another alternative, might you even consider selling CNR and SIS and replacing both with the names I have suggested (or any others you might add).
Appreciate your insight.
Paul F.

Q: You answered a question earlier. You recited the results. Can you add some colour to them. Gross margin fell to 65% from 73%. EDITDA fell from $4.9M to $3.7M. How important are these and what's the possible impact? The market doesn't like the results so far today. What do you see looking ahead?

Q: Good Morning
We have a approximately 10k that we would like to contribute to our Grand daughters RESP. We would like to do so with stocks and have about a 10 year window before the funds would be needed. Could you suggest 3 conservative stocks that would be appropriate for this type of account with one additional stock having a more aggressive approach?
Thks
Marcel

Q: I was shocked to learn that on Feb 9,that U stated that it is Ok to Hold SIS for income & growth but not considered a need to own if there are better alternatives. Bought a few years ago @ $17.28 & went along for the ride down to some $8.65 in early 2020 and the ride up to $22 H in Sep last.On Feb 10 U provided some alternatives. Please rank them starting with best in the event that I have to switch.Txs for u usual great services & views. Btw when are U appearing on Market Call ?
Q: What is the long term outlook for this stock? Bought at $40 and missed the opportunity to sell when it reached the high $40's. Does it still have potential to go back into high $40 range. If so, what will it take to do so. Or should one consider getting out at current price.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Cann you see any reason for today's steep decline of 4-5%?
Q: Your comments on Trisura's earnings please.
Q: Do you see it as an opportunity to add to a small position or there could be a lasting impact on Magna (blockades)?
Q: DND has taken on debt for acquisitions. Is there a legitimate concern that anticipated profit may not materialize, setting up a potential death spiral for the company? Quite separate from the general tech meltdown, would this concern explain some of the profound share weakness in the past few weeks? We have seen this scenario play out with other Canadian companies that over-payed for acquisitions that did not generate the anticipated profit, costing equity holders dearly.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: shop sports on feb 16. what is expected from analysts? What does 5i expect numbers to be? is this the time to be a buyer?
