Q: Hello again!
It came to my attention that AQN declares its dividends in US$. Do they adjust for exchange rate and if not should I ask for my dividends to be paid in US$ while the loonie is getting higher and higher?

I am looking to move some of my retirement account into things that I consider hard assets (Real Estate, Railways and Utilities etc.). I am looking for 3 REITS that have strong real estate holdings with the least amount of leverage. 2 residential and one commercial. What is your recommendation /

Q: I hold small weightings in cdz,zwc,zwh,zwe as well as holdings in Canadian utilities. I am thinking of replacing cdz with either zdh or cyh to increase my international holdings. Q: Encana has been steadily climbing this month. Is it worth taking a small position?
WCP has held it's own YTD, but not TOG. I am still under by a small %. Should I sell TOG and add to WCP?

Q: Would you sell USB.us if you held it and replace it with Goldman Sachs GS.us instead? OR would you keep USB (assuming your allocation allowed) and simply ADD Goldman? I’d appreciate some SUBSTANTIVE reasoning , would really apreciate that. Many thanks.

(PS: I reviewed your previous comments on Goldman Sachs and was baffled by your responses. Goldman a target for takeover given anti-trust rules & regs? Q: I currently hold aqn, approx. 11% of my portfolio and am thinking about adding one of ema,cu or fts. I do not expect to exceed 15% in total portfolio value and am not adverse to reducing my position in aqn to add one of the above.
