Q: Hi,
Looking for a REIT with momentum, good growth, reasonable dividend at a fair price.
Would Starwood Property (stwd), Brixmor Property (brx) or Realty Income (o) fit the bill ? Or any other you think would better achieve the purpose ?

Q: I am very conservative with a target asset allocation of 20% equity. I have a substantial cash position and would like to make some equity investments. My core investment is VCIP and I want to make some satellite investments. Please give me some ETF and individual stock ideas. Our defined benefit pensions cover our living expenses. Protection of capital is important to me. Thank you.

Q: There were a couple of questions recently about dividends/distributions being 'return of capital' (ROC) which made me wonder how a company raises money to pay ROC? Does it sell shares ahead of the dividend date?

Q: Hi from the West coast.
My question is what are your recommendations for a company that is increasing revenues, showing a good history of dividend increases, and is a "value" play ?
Im concerned about buying now with evaluations so high.
