Q: Seasons greetings from Nunavut... I'd like to start positions, however all are currently overvalued according to MS - I understand its difficult to value these types of stocks. So far I have a little of all of them, except TTD. Should I just buy??? Or wait till they pull back? Are there some you would buy now and others you'd wait and see?

Q: I'm down 60% on all three of these and finally taking the tax write off. The good news is that I can use it this year. Would you consider any worth buying back again after 30 days or not ? QST has been showing signs of life recently and perhaps CXI will recover when the world starts to travel again ? What would you do ?

Q: Thanks for answering my question on PFB Corporation and for the analysis. Recently stock has been moving up and its gone up to $23. I checked recent news/developments and looks like there is no announcement from the company. Do you have any idea why the stock price moved up over the last month? Q: Good morning, ENGH announced a special dividend of $1.50. I believe this amounts to ~ $83 million, representing ~ 34% of their Oct/20 year-end cash balance. One might have hoped the ENGH Board foresaw 'better' ways to use this cash to advance the firm's market position. 5i has been positive on ENGH for some time. Does this large dividend change 5i's views on ENGH in any meaningful way as a solid investment going forward? Thank you. Edward

Q: amazon , shopify etc , shares have soared during the pandemic season. If things begin to turn around and people leave their homes to shop again , what might a person want to be invested into to ride the next wave excluding big names like Costco and home depot Etc, thanks. no Rush on the answer.

Q: The reported 'dividend' yield for BPY is reported as 9.2%. However, am I correct to say that this is not a 'dividend' like a dividend from the Royal Bank.
Is the BPY dividend actually a blend of interest, dividend, return of capital and 'other' income? Please confirm this observation to be correct or not.
An amateur DIY investor such as myself can be fooled if not careful by simply looking at the 'dividend yield' as reported in daily stock quotes.
What got me questioning the yield was the old adage "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". As mentioned in my previous question, the high 'dividend' put up a red flag.

Q: Hello, this is in regard of Roy’s comment about the share splits of BEP.UN. I had the exact same situation with a calculated odd number of shares. In my case it has not been rounded up, so I phoned my online broker and they told me that the 0.5 missing share of BEP.UN would be paid in cash. I just check my account and an amount of $24.95 has been deposited. Gervais

Q: I would like your opinion on these 3 stocks. I know HAI has just IPO on Toronto Exchange but has been around for a few years. I notice AT has just had a good run and wonder if I should hold off or if it is a good company, just bite the bullet it shouldn't matter.
Also I notice MGNI is similar to the other 2 is that right?
Could you please rank them in order best to worst. if you were to buy 2 which and why?

Q: Hi
I want to have your outlook on both IIP.UN and CAR.UN post pandemic.
How are their balance sheet during the pandemic? Are they badly impacted during the pandemic or were they able to still get the renters pay their monthly rents.
Which one would you buy between these two now?
Do you think IIP.UN will reach its new high of 18$ in 2021?
