Q: Hi 5i team,
I just received notice from PFB that the board wants to sell out to
PFB Bidco for 24.10/share, a small premium to the current trading price. Am I correct in seeing this as just a way of taking the company private? Would that indicate that the trading price has been too low in their opinion? Any general lessons I should learn from this? As usual, thank you so much, 5i, for your investment help and opinions.

Q: Do you believe that PFB could represent a good investment opportunity given the potential structural rise in residential housing construction in the United States?

Can you shed some light on debt, dividend sustainability, insider ownership and others factors that you can think of?

Much appreciated.

Q: Hello!
PFB popped up on my value screen recently. While interesting, it's not compelling. My concerns are the continuing low volume -- you pointed this out in your last comment from Dec. 2017 -- and the construction outlook, which to my mind is a risk.

I'd appreciate hearing your perspective.

Thanks!
