Q: I am down a considerable amount on this stock. About -70%. When other energy stocks move up it does not react or continues to slide. Shall I sell and move on or be patient. It is 2% of my over all portfolio. I am underweight in energy.
Q: I bought some high flyers ... Now that I have made some quick cash on paper , I am concerned that I might lose if the market decides to go south. Do you have any feelings about these , or do you feel it is "safer" to play the ( broader ) Nasdaq rather than the tech sector as I am doing. Any thoughts are appreciated . I already own all of the Tech Giants , and they have done well too ( except for QCOM grrrrr) .
Q: Hi!
I'm concerned about the potential for a looming recession in the context of increasing interest rates, especially in the US. As a way to hedge against increasing interest rates and to protect against downside risk, I was wondering if you could recommend some high growth, high dividend paying stocks, US or Canada?
Thanks!
Q: Hi,
what are you thoughts on the holdings inside the newly released etf from evolve.
Without actually holding any crypto is this a good way to be invested in this space?
Thank you
Q: Do you take downgrades with a grain of salt. There are constantly companies being downgraded. Does that mean if I hold a downgraded stock get rid of it because it isn't going to do much or when it goes down buy more? I hold TOY a recent downgrade and it has dropped off some - buy more, sell? Thank you very much Dennis
Q: Can you please comment on the harvest funds and their unusual high distribution. On a general note, I have about 7 years till retirement, is a covered call strategy beneficial?
Q: Ryan; I see CLS has filed a form 20-F with the SEC, which is their annual report ending Dec30. Is this the usual way they do it and have you seen it and have a comment ? Thanks. Rod
Q: Peter Lynch amassed a fortune investing in undervalued growth stocks. I currently own LNR & GSY. Can I get some other names that you would consider good GARP stocks?
Thanks in advance.
Q: Snap-on SNA.us looked undervalued after price-weakness following its results reported about a month ago. Yet it is down 3.7% this morning. What am I missing? Fundamentals SEEM fine. I don't see fresh news today.
Is SNA a good longish term dividend grower with prospects of reasonable capital gain? Are you aware of any reason why it has kept dropping? Is debt the issue? Is it a falling knife—i.e. I am missing something important? Would you buy and why please?
