Q: I’m selling Appian (APPN) and Fulgent Genetics (FLGT) for a tax loss and am wondering what suitable proxies would be. Or would you recommend just selling, and buying something more promising? (I’m not limited by sector here.) I have more confidence in Appian than in Fulgent. Is that appropriate in your opinion?

Q: PYR is down 38%in the last moth, I'm still up 45% , JD does not seem to be going anywhere ? OKTA I am up over 100% and thinking of selling and taking the profit. Q: Believe it or not one of the key benefits of 5i is your amazing growth ideas in the US market. Although SHOP, LSPD, CSU have given me excellent returns to date your choices in the US market like AYX, TEAM, etc have been outstanding.

So my question today is, have you uncovered any other promising US gems that are growth oriented a la TEAM and AYX ,recently, that might not have been mentioned on this Q&A section as of yet.
