Thanks!

Q: My Score Media and Gaming stock keeps dropping even when other tech stocks rebound. Any idea why? Is it time to cut my losses and move on?
Q: Is $60 M for three dispensaries in the Philadelphia area a good deal? What sort of revenue could TRUL generate from these dispensaries?
My ‘back of the envelope’ calculations:
o # of dispensaries at end of 2020: 75
o 11 added in the 4th quarter, so lets say ~64 dispensaries made full contributions for 2020 (I have not checked if there were earlier dispensary additions in 2020)
o 2020 total revenue was 521,533,000
o 521,533,000 / 64 = 8,148,953 average revenue / dispensary
So to pay $60M for 3 dispensaries seems a little rich.
I have no idea of the addressable market for these new dispensaries.
Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i,
Would you add to an existing position in any of these ? I know you generally frown upon averaging down but if you would in what order ?
Thanks again

Q: Hi 5i
I've been asleep at the wheel with Roku - looking for pullbacks and yet to start a position. What are your thoughts on it currently? Would you expect any further pullbacks, that is, do I stay patient or bite the bullet already! ?
I generally hold positions long term - sometimes too long to my detriment.
Thanks

Q: Hi 5i
Considering these two, which would you prefer for growth at this time? The aim is for growth with some income as a backup in case the intended growth doesn't materialize (fast enough :) ).
Thanks

Q: Hi 5i
In the content space would you expect Disney or Netflix to outperform the other ? I'm leaning towards DIS for the content + 'everything else' that DIS has to offer - or has it recovered sufficiently and should I reign in my expectations ?
Expecting a 2-4 year hold, longer if all goes well.
Thanks

Q: do you have an opinion of Tiziana Life Sciences
Q: I would appreciate your updated outlook on PNP, and answers to the following 3 questions:
My understanding is that this company is gradually being taken private by the family holding company. Do you believe that to be the case? Also, what do you think the rationale was for the upcoming rights offering that PNP announced last week? As an existing shareholder with a 1% position, do you recommend that I exercise the rights once they are issued?
Thank you...Glenn

Q: Can I have your opinion of this plant base frozen food company please ?
There is a december investor presentation on their web site and they plan a pretty agressive expansion over the coming years.
This market (frozen food) is pretty crowded in my opinion and do you think they have a special product ? I know they are integrated vertically and have factories in Italy and California. Costco Wall Mart and Target are big clients for them.
Thanks !

Q: CSU seems to be an excellent company in terms of revenue growth through M&A, but there seems to be no organic revenue growth (even negative sometimes). Is there any concern about how sustainable their acquisition strategy is without organic growth of the companies they acquire.
Q: I have been following and have read the q&a on this stock as a speculative buy ( 10 % weighting in TFSA which I believe you will say is way too high ? ) for quite some time and have some questions/ comments.
1. Management is intriguing with co chairs, which I consider messy. One is a salesman who hit it rich in the weed business (Canopy), while the other is respected and experienced ( Mathews). Their CEO is experienced ( but still with no cash in the game? ) Management a positive/ negative?
2.Their products are promising and they have made the right kind of acquisitions. Agree?
3. You have commented that the stock has been ignored and is a wait and see such like GUD.
Wondering if the market is less excited with small tech companies at the moment. Does this create the opportunity to jump in a a good price or to stay away from for a while longer?
4. Balance sheet seemed fine; true ?
Your thoughts are appreciated.
Derek

Q: First a comment, I went through the paper on fantom distributions, have invested for 25 years and never heard of it before? If you do your own taxes like me, I would just say the CRA is getting double tax on my etf’s.
On that note could you advise on a couple of global etf with small or no exposure to Canada, as I would like to diversify to USA and other countries. Dividends would be nice but not necessary. Would be for 7+ years and may add to yearly as funds are available.
Thanks
