Q: I am chary of jumping in to a position on GLBE as I am a bit of a sucker for a good stock story. What are your thoughts on this stock’s prospects?

Q: NWH.UN's proposed purchase of Australian Unity Healthcare: https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/northwest-healthcare-properties-real-estate-investment-trust-announces-2-6bn-proposal-to-acquire-australian-unity-healthcare-property-trust-884830846.html
Earlier 5i had summarized NWHs last results as "cash flow per unit of 20 cents missed estimates of 22 cents. 98.6% of rent was collected. Revenue was unchanged at $92.6M. Payout ratio 97% (87% normalized). Occupancy 97%. Assets rose 16.2%. Net asset value increased 2%. Leverage ratios declined. Considering covid, we would consider it a fairly decent quarter overall." and have ranked it fairly "low risk" as REITS go.
What impact, if any, do you feel if it's bid (if approved ) to acquire Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust (at a 16% premium) would have on the above and on NWH's share price?
If there is a significant drop in the share price of NWH.UN would you see this as a "buy"?
Thanks!

Q: I have balanced stocks in RRSP (mainly from your BE portfolio) and growth companies in TFSA (mostly our picks). Its very well diversified in different sectors. Thank you for your help
I still have ~50 K Cash (from recent clean up) in RRSP which I would be investing in this summer. Since majority of my stocks are Canadian, to balance out I am looking to add mostly US ETFs.
These are the ETFs have got my attentions from your questions answers. I am looking for maximum growth and also a hold and forget for 10 + years. This question applies to RRSP
Please provide me with 3-5 suggestions from below. Would you add anything else here or suggest otherwise?
IWO, IWM, VB, VUG, VFV, VGRO, QQQ, ARKK, ARKG,SPY
Thank you for your excellent service!

Q: how do i invest in the decline of us$. ie. short the U S $
Q: Can you tell me your thoughts about the long term prospect for this company and why do you think it has been such a weak performer over the last month? Do you think it's growth has peaked? I've held this since 2014 and added a bit more in 2015 for an average entry price of around $32.00. Should I hold or sell?
If I was to replace this company in my RRSP could you give me three alternate companies in the material sector I should look into as possibilities for long time hold, hopefully with dividend and growth prospects?

Q: Good morning,
I just wanted to pass on information to anyone that uses BMO Investorline as a platform. Starting today they have 80 ETF's where there will be zero commission on buying and selling. Here is the list of the 80 ETF's I think this is a great way to slowly add small positions commission free especially for the kids RESP.
Actually I do have a few questions now come to think of it. Do you think this is a good idea and if you were to pick 3-5 ETFS from this list and somewhat try to be diversified which ones would it be? If you can give me 3 to 5 from the list feel free to take credits per ETF you find.
Thanks

Q: I am considering purchasing BEP-UN. I already own AQN and BIP-UN. I have noticed that most of these renewable stocks have pulled back somewhat and I’m wondering if this would be a good time to pick up a renewable stock such as BEP-UN. what are your thoughts? Do you think that there might be one or two other better choices for renewables? Also this is for a TFSA so should I consider BEP instead?
Thank you for your always appreciated wisdom.
John

Q: I would like to buy shares in a restaurant company that stands to profit from the removal or reduction in Covid restrictions. I intend to buy this in a TFSA and hold it for a year or longer. How would you rank these companies in terms of expected overall return? Or could you recommend another company that might do better than any of these?
