Q: Thoughts on the quarter for Leon's. With a sluggish Canadian economy and curtailed immigration I am concerned about their ability to grow. That being said, management is excellent and they have the upcoming reit spinout. What should shareholders expect in the REIT spinout? Do you see some nice upside due to this or have most of the gains been made around the announcement.
Thanks Rob

Q: I'm considering a new position in MU and/or VRT. The latter has run up, the former hasn't recovered from the tech reversal. Would you favour either one for a new position, or if there is enough funds, would you try to own both? Thanks.

Q: You have liked these small/mid cap names over past couple of years and most have done well, thank you.
Under current market conditions and entering a second Trump Term, what would be the order that you would buy these names? Is there any of these names you would not buy and move on from?
Thank You
Tim

Q: Hi, With the stock's magnificent rally of 25%, Today, after the blow out results, would you consider trimming and rebalancing the SHOP weight in the Balanced Portfolio ( Should be 8.5%, I believe, now from 5.96%, Oct end ) ? Or, you would be comfortable with it and let it run ?
Thank You
Thank You
Q: If BIP.UN was in one of 5iR's 3 portfolios, which one would it be, Income, Balance, or Growth???.......Curious Tom
Q: Is there a company on the TSX that is similar to ISRG?
Q: Hi! Wondering if you still like FNV. Read your comments regarding earnings. Is there something inherently wrong with this company or is the daily drop due to drop in price of gold? Buy, Sell or Hold please. Thank you!
Q: Good day guys .
Yet another question about this name .. I know u like names with strong momentum and certainly this is the case here at the present time .. do u expect this price action to carry on here and do u believe the stock price will fall back to the low thirties when I bought or will it continue to chug along higher with some volatility on occasion .
Thx
Mark

Q: Hi, I’m a long-time investor but do not know everything … How is it possible to easily follow the price of gold, silver, copper , etc…and their current downtrend! Are there any tickers? Or we have to rely on ETFs or specialized web sites (Kitco for example). Any suggestion to be able to integrate these in my portfolios? Or best web sites for a summary ? Thanks.
Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
It looks like they just made a good acquisition. In the past it was a $68.00 stock now trading at $15.00. Please give your assessment and does it look like a reasonable buy? Thanks as always for your help!

Q: Is there a safe easy way to buy these coins in Canada? what about the USA? Is it better to buy them in the US than Canada?
Other than losing money are there any other risks to look out for?

Q: I know they missed on the qtr, but wow, what a reaction! Is this overdone? Does is feel like a good opportunity to get into a generally pretty awesome company?
Q: As per my question back in July the value of the options are supposed to be accounted for on a quarterly basis in the payables. Directly to my question if we were ganna have to wait many more years before they have little effect on the financials, your answer was:
``Much of these expenses are reported on the financial statements each quarter at fair value, and so although they might have a vesting period of three to five years, the fair value expense of these are recorded. When the DSUs vest, there should not be a material change to the income statement since the options were already accounted for using their fair value over the previous financial statements.
Even though the stock price has risen dramatically over the years, this increase has been accounted for on the financial statements already. A decrease in share price quarter-to-quarter can actually benefit the financials as the fair value of these expenses can decline. ``
What happened in the last quarter reporting then? Weren't the options valued correctly just 3 months ago?
Hard for me to wrap my head around this situation with HPS. It just feels that there is more money flowing into the pockets of the directors at the cost of my investment.

Q: Hi Guys
Five has dropped from above $200 to about $83. What do you think of the company at these levels? If you had a 3 year timeframe today would you buy Five or Dollarama?
Thanks Stuart

Q: I'm rebalancing stocks on my registered accounts and nearing the ex date for the dividends. Should I wait until after the ex date or sell now? The dividends that would be payable if I sell before is not substantial. Thanks David
