Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I believe they just had a good quarter and one analyst has raised the target price from $11.00 to $12.00. Today it hit a new high of $10.20 on high volume. I do worry about their debt. I also realize that TD Webbroker always seems to over estimate target prices. I have been very patient with this stock and am up. So I am wondering what the odds are that it will go much higher or should I just sell and be happy and eliminate risk. Your thoughts please! Thank you in advance for your opinion which is always helpful in my decisions.

Q: Here's a thesis that I would like you to evaluate:

BDI provides housing to energy sector workers.

BDI has been doing this for years, housing people.

We are currently in a residential housing crisis.

Do you think that BDI could profitably partner with federal, provincial and municipal governments to help solve our current residential housing crisis by tweaking its market focus?

What is holding the company back from addressing this obvious market failure (to provide housing)?

Based on my previous question last quarter I know you were cautious going forward. So again they report what appears to be a solid quarter. Does this in any way charge your perspective. In other words I would appreciate your current opinion. I am not sure if I should take my profit and be happy or continue to be patient because the odds would be in my favour for another modest run up. Your professional opinion is always helpful with a high degree of accuracy. As a little retail investor I thank you immensely.

BDI just reported a good quarter. The stock has moved to new highs. They seem to be doing very well in the recent past. However I am wondering how far can they go. Could you provide me with a couple snapshots of Black Diamond please? How do they compare from a year ago, two years ago, when they cut their dividend, or even in their oil bull market phase. Q: Have owned these in the past and have made a profit. With all the hype in LNG and a possible rebound in commodities do you see any upside investment in these stocks. Benji Gallagher sees a big jump for BDI but HNL at least pays you to wait. Would like an analysis of both and which one would you prefer for an investment today.

Other than BDI and HNL, are there any other lodging companies in BC that might benefit from the LNG project? Would you recommend it over these two? If not, which one of these two companies are better positioned to do business in BC?
