Q: This company has had some substantial gains. From my review the company does have a fair bit if debt, but other aspects of the company appear to be positive. What is your opinion on this stock and wcould it be an add to ones portfolio, knowing it's a small cap and on the riskier side.

Leverage is high, but with recent strong momentum and a 50% dividend increase, and valuation at 18X earnings, we think it is a decent small cap today. We would be OK buying but would let its risk and size dictate total position size.
