Q: I hold these 3 REITs and the all went up nicely (roughly 10%)after the last BOC Rate decision,do you see them going back up if we have another rate cut on the 23rd,also it seems to me that InterRent is quite undervalued your thoughts on that company

Q: I own both KKR and BN. KKR stock price is appreciating significantly more than BN and all other stocks in the private equity realm, that I am aware of. Can a case be made to concentrate on KKR if one is not concerned about including BN to have Canadian exposure? Further, do you see any other financial stock with more pure growth potential relative to KKR?

I wanted to add to my WPM holding and was wondering if it is still ok to add at these levels?

For MG, it has taken a hit in the past year and wanted to initiate a position at this level, are you still comfortable with Magna or is there something more fundamental going on.

Q: We are planning to set up a separate investment account for our grandkids. Assume a 10 year hold. There are a few sectors we would want to overweight - 3 stocks, CAD or US, in Financials, Industrials, Technology and 1-2 stocks in the others.
