Q: Since the changes I have small positions in both SDE and Logan and capitol to deploy, as many of your members do I'm sure. If you were under weight energy and have a very high risk tolerance, would you add to both, or focus on one?

Q: Re : Special dividend.
A 25 % withholding tax is indicated. Would this still apply if the shares are held in a TFSA?

Q: Inevitably, when someone asks about the best NG companies in Canada, TOU and ARX are normally in the mix. So setting those two aside, I would appreciate your opinion on three other stocks in that sector that don't receive nearly as much attention. The stocks in question are Headwater Exploration, Spartan Delta and Pine Cliff Energy.

Q: I am holding SDE (thanks for that one) and from what I can gather you recommend to continue to hold as a bet on management. Can you please provide what the key metrics will be after the sale. What are the assets, production, cash flow, P/E ect. and how much value do you put on the Logan warrants?

Q: Good Morning All,

With Spartan Delta reportedly selling $1.2 billion in assets to Crescent Point, SDE will be issuing a special dividend of $9.50 per share, as well as providing a share of Logan Energy and a warrant for an additional purchase of Logan Energy at 35 cents, plus a special 10 cent dividend, I believe for holders of Logan at the end of June.
Could we please get your view on this deal? Do you favour heading down that path, or would you prefer selling SDE on today's bump? Any other comments regarding this deal?

Q: Hi Team, I was stopped out of sde after a good return and I am now thinking of buying back in. My question is the PE at 2.9 seems very low, book at 1.1, too good to be true usually is, what am I missing?

Q: I would appreciate your comments on the 3rd q numbers. They seem quite impressive but I don't have access to reports that indicate what analysts were expecting in cash flow. They seem to have beat earnings by a wide margin.
