Q: Is there a small cap oil stock that you like at this time?

Q: Their first q numbers came out today and they appear to have beat even the highest expectations at least on earnings. Can you please give me your commentary? These shares seem quite cheap and the company's financial position (cash of 98 million and no debt) leaves room for lots of growth and perhaps even starting to pay a dividend.
Q: Please comment on share price to earnings and outlook: it appears undervalued but oil and gas is my weakest area of analysis.
Q: What is your view of this company as a small cap growth opportunity in the energy sector? The management team has a track record through various "Spartan" companies over the years, and the company seems to have low debt levels and other decent metrics.
