Q: Looking through past questions, your comments and outlook on PRN are quite positive, yet I don't see much to like about this stock. The company has missed earnings estimates for the past 2 years (all substantial losses), and its revenue seems to be growing (somewhat) but it's been inconsistent, along with several other negative signs (e.g. 27x sales, inherently higher risk of a small company). Could you please explain your reasoning so I can better understand what I'm missing. Thanks.

Q: I recently sold a stock on Dec 17th 2021 in a margin account. Is it possible to rebuy the exact same stock for my TFSA now (it has been less than 30 days) and still claim the tax loss or do the same rules apply to a TFSA?
Also, is the 30 day time frame for tax loss 30 calendar days, or 30 days that the exchange is open?Many thanks Don

Q: Year 2 of my 19 year old daughters TFSA. Year 1 suggested she get BAM.A and she is very pleased she followed my suggestion....I am thinking year 2 of more of a growth stock. LSPD has been really beaten up, good buy for very longterm hold or is there a better " foundation" stock from your growth portfolio you would suggest?

Q: I want to add funds to my real estate holdings, as well as refine it for maximum sector diversification.

My current holdings are DIR.UN, EQIX, DLR, CAR.UN, GRT.UN

On my watchlist for this sector are TCN and CCI

Can I get your opinion on:

1) Are there any redundancies in my current holdings and if so, what could be sold?

2) Could you rank my current holdings for which to add to - first to last?

3) For proper sector diversification, would TCN and/or CCI be good additions? Or is there another real estate name you would suggest?

Q: Hi, I hiope that you had a nice holiday. I would like to add an ETF that provides a diversified health care focus. I am also desiring income / over growth. One such
ETF is HHL - Harvest Healthcare Leaders Income ETF. Questions:

1. Are there others that could be considered and if so how would you rank each, including HHL?

2. If I were to purchase HHL, which version should I consider HHL, HHL.B or HHL.U and why.

Q: UPST, LSPD, and NVEI are my biggest losses. The recovery is little to none. In order to recover my money over time, would I be better off selling UPST and replacing it with NVDA; selling NVEI and replacing it with TFII; selling LSPD and replacing it with ATZ? Hoping to hear from you.

Q: With all the infrastructure work coming up the first two look like a coin toss to me. I know you like WSP and J but STN has had a good 2021 run and looks strong. Do you have any issues with STN vrs WSP?
