Q: This Toronto based company is in early increasing revenue from the Americas and Africa with great several types of technologies-software controlled LED/battery lighting where no electrical grid exists (Hamilton, Ontario to Michigan to Morocco) and an alliance with a company in Kenya to develop solar panel powered WI-Fi hot spots. And an alliance with Telefonica etc. for Latin American off-grid solutions.

Q: In your recent report on NFI you were scratching your head at the price decline. That was at $38.00, today it is at $33.00. Q: KBLT has been weak recently, even after the end of tax-loss selling. On Tuesday, they announced the friendly acquisition of the shares of Highlands Pacific that they do not already own. Could you comment on this transaction and the impact on KBLT?
