Q: Hi Peter and Team
I still hold AQN in a LIF account and would like to replace it with something that pays a decent dividend and will in time recover the more than 40% loss. What do you think of GEI, BEP.un, BIR, TD, or BAM as a replacement? Please rank order. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Obviously no regard to sector.

Q: Hello,
Has the REIT issued shares in the last few years to fund their residential redevelopments?
What’s the current valuation against peers (price / ffo).
Can you comment to their level of debt vs other REITs. It seems acceptable and supported by a strong leasing profile, although retail.

I am planning on starting a position ant these levels and was looking for your general comments. Thank you!

Q: DPG dropped 20% on june 16th,probably since it cut its usualy stable dividend, for first time since 2016..I own it since a few years in my RRSP : is it still an "acceptable" investment for revenue,or is it too risky to be kept any longer?

CIX has managed to get to $15-ish. My breakeven is $20. I feel that getting to $15 was a miracle and that $20 won't happen.

From a trader's perspective, should one take the loss and rebuild ?

From your broad perspective, should keep the faith and hang in there? You know...generally speaking for this stock? I noticed that 5i dropped Fiera. Maybe CIX is in the same situation?
