Q: Douglas Elliman has been trending steadily downward. Now that it is closing in on the $1 mark, I’m about to part ways.it

Q: Do you expect selling pressure in the Canadian market over the next two months as investors 'rush to the exits' to realize capital gains prior to June 25th? Q: Hi, What is your current opinion on EQB ? Stock had a strong run, but if I remember correctly, their most recent results were not and encouraging and stock took a hit. Do you think, the issues with the last quarter were only temporary and EQB is buyable today for a new position at current levels ? EQB was recommended by at least a couple of brokerages, recently ( Including CIBC), as the Best Growth story among Canadian banks. Do you agree ?

We would rank: VTI, VUS, SPY, SPGP, VIG. This ranking is based on the belief that markets will 'broaden out' over the next couple of years with less focus on mega-cap companies. VUN is the unhedged version of VUS.
