Q: Last week you rated SHOP as a top growth pick among Canadian companies. The past 24 hours has been a roller coaster ride. After pretty good earnings and then the sell-off, do you still rate SHOP as one of your 2 top growth picks? I might suggest a quick report bringing all the information from all the questions into a single brief document. An overall assessment would be helpful as a lot has happened with their financials and the market reaction. Quite puzzling.

Q: Here is an enterprise which presents ver good results above forecast and its shares plummet in the markets (more than 20%! ). What to think and what is the perspective for the future of this enterprise and also for the investor who owns some shares? (I know there is not and automatic correlation between good results and appreciation of shares, but in this case the gap is so large...). I will appreciate your comments in this case

In terms of valuation, which is the better choice, and also, is BAM much less risky than BN for a fairly conservative investor? It's been graphically much weaker than BN for some time.

Q: Afternoon Troops. I own several pipelines, telecom and utilities stocks. I also own a decent sized position in ZWU. Is it worthwhile to consider rolling everything in the ZWU or is there an advantage in holding both the ETF and the individual stocks? Cheers.

Q: I hold all four of these financials.
The Bank stocks are performing well while GSY and PRL are not,
All are in the lending business. I would appreciate your explanation
of this difference other than the type of borrower they serve given economic concerns.
