Q: what is your favourite ETF or growth stock that is outside Canada. Is it a good time to buy it now?

Q: Hi 5i Team

I'm aiming to increase exposure to US growth in the tech and industrial sectors (preferably with some dividend ) I am open to moderate risk and tend to hold positions for years.

Could you suggest 3 names in each to look into?

Q: I would be grateful if you could advise me when NVDA will release its quarterly earnings. Also please provide the analysts'consensus with regard to the results.

Also, and this is probably off the wall, but in view of the apparent high value of NVDA and of the billions of dollars on the Microsoft, Apple, Google balance sheets, do you think NVDA could become a take-over target?

Q: Hi,
I currently dont hold any tech or insurance companies. The rest of my portfolio is fairly diversified. With the recent tech pullback and also rumors of rate hikes where do you see as being a better long term investment? I like to think in terms of at least 3-5 years. All drips available will be used. Currently I have one full position worth of cash available. Am I better do you think to put it all into one or split between some? Do you see somewhere better to put the dollars to work?

Q: Good morning...first thanks for the great year so far...my question is we have about 18% of our portfolio in u.s. stocks...bac - mfst - fisv - ge - csco - utx - td and nvda...if I was to move these to Canadian stock market what stocks would replace them...I also have a complete weighting in your balanced portfolio ... Q: NVIDIA (nvda) has done very well from November to February but seems to have lost its momentum since. My question is which is the next NVIDIA and in which sector of the semiconductors do uou think it is best to focus ? For instance, any of the followings would you consider most promising or too risky and why ? Applied Material (amat), Broadcom (avgo), KLA-Tencor (klac), Lam Research (lrcx), Microchip Tech (mchp), Micron Tech (mu), OCLARO inc (oclr), ON Semiconductor (on), Skyworks Solutions (swks), Taiwan Semiconductor (tsm), Texas Instrument (txn). Or any other you have in mind outside that list ?
