Q: Given higher inflation, is it a given my fixed rate reset preferreds will decline in price? How much does term to maturity impact price? Am I correct in presuming a short term to rate reset date would benefit price inasmuch as the reset rate would be higher if the B of C rate has risen in an inflationary scenario? Thank you.

Trades at 3.7x forward sales. High quality, fast growing world leader at a discounted price."

Can get any comparisons to other companies in the space and whether the numbers above make sense.

Q: I currently own MSFT and NVDA in my technology group. I would like to add one position as a 5% weight in my technology holdings. What large cap stock would you add to compliment MSFT and NVDA as a long term hold.

Q: Am looking to invest in a Canadian Dividend ETF.
I have researched the above ETF's, they all have pros & cons.
Am leaning slightly towards VDY at this point.
Criteria: Will be in a non-registered account, am after monthly dividend income with
some moderate growth potential. Am not overly concerned with a high weighting in financials, ideally would have a lower MER but am after solid 3-5 year growth.
If forced to choose one only, which ETF would you recommend?
