Q: I'm about to add a bit of money to my portfolio and have been starting to look at REI.UN, NWH.UN, HR.UN, TNT.UN. I currently have only BTB.UN as a REIT in my portfolio. I'm looking to supplement my monthly income. Any advice as I start the research process into these companies is much appreciated.

Q: I also agree that this is an excellent deal for TSGI. There does not appear to be alot of analyst coverage for the company. I can't find anything on their website and RBC and CIBC do not have reports. What do you see as the next catalysts for the stock? I bought a position because too many times in the past I have waited for pullbacks and missed out (e.g. SHOP).

I am buy & hold investor. With quarterly results out for couple of mentioned companies, do you think any of these stocks don't fit in that category anymore irrespective of sector or there are better ones ?

Capital Power is selling a new issue of preferred shares (Series 11). They are rate-resets with a 5.75% coupon. As a dividend investor, I like this yield, but am wondering about the strength of CPX's balance sheet. Can you please comment on the company's overall debt load, strength of the balance sheet, and riskiness of this particular issue? Thanks!
