Q: I am thinking about purchasing shares in some companies where the shares may be depressed currently due to year end tax selling. do you have any suggestions?

Q: Hi Group is it true that Blackrock has put restrictions on withdrawal of funds (cash) from investments. For a company of this size and magnitude to restrict withdrawals is extremely worrisome. Can you please comment assuming this info is correct (I heard it on BNN last week) Hopefully if true we will not start to see a run on banks and other financial intuitions. When people start withdrawing cash and putting under their pillows causing panic i would be more that a little concerned? Your thought are much appreciated

Borrowing money to invest on the stock market was something that was getting very popular. With interest rates now at normal rates in my view I believe this will end. Our economist drop the key interest rate at the beginning of covid to reduce the risk of a recession. In 2022 these same people are raising the interest rates to prevent inflation. I believe they will not succeed. I wish I had a company that could right out checks and not needing any funds to pay them. Only or government can do this.The same people that are raising and lowering or interest rates. Imagine that. Q: The board of directors is proposing to reprice 16,830,00 .36 to 1.00 options at 10 cents. Also the repricing of 9,375,000 options held by insiders appears to be at issue. Should I be concerned???? Your comments please.

There has been recent insider buying at AQN at the much lower price. Can you please provide your opinion on whether the executives have "real" skin in the game. Some of them seem to have significant options available but do these give insiders a lot of incentive? If the company announced a 50% dividend cut do you think the stock price would go up or down?

Q: What happens to a put owner if a company goes into bankruptcy.
For example, it is highly possible carvana may go bankrupt.
If one bought a 5.00 June put and it’s share no longer trade how does one sell their put.

Q: Currently reviewing my precious metals exposure. In my royalty companies I have a full position in FNV and MMX. Would you hold MMX with the pending purchase by TFPM or would you sell and buy WPM at this time? In my gold miners, I have half positions in VGCX and NEM (position resulted from the Goldcorp merger), should either be sold and if so, would you purchase AEM? Any further thoughts on the precious metals exposure would be appreciated.
