Q: Hello,
I am attempting to add RYT to my watchlist but it is not in your database.
INVESCO S&P 500 EQUAL WEIGHT TECHNOLOGY (US: RYT)
I recently added a half position, it is down like all of the other Tech ETF's.
What is your opinion on this ETF vs XLK or other Tech ETF's.
For a medium term hold .. growth.

Q: The Globe and Mail seems to have dropped their Stocklist function which used to enable me to go to Stocklist and then bring up all news on my Stocklist including earnings releases and other news. Is there another site offering a similar function. Cannot understand the change at the Globe and Mail it was the most useful feature they had.

Q: I have capital gains for the year and I am looking at selling the losers to help reduce the tax hit. I have a loss on TSGI and I am wondering if/when I should sell. I like the company and would want to replace the stock after the 30 day period. Given the next earnings report is Nov 7 is it better to sell before or after that date or is timing even worth considering?

Q: I am looking to add a growth-oriented stock to a pretty conservative bluechip portfolio, with investments in financials, energy/resources, telecommunications, drug/healthcare and transportation - mostly in Canada. I believe I could benefit from more growth-oriented stocks in other sectors and have recently acquired small positions in GC and TSGI. Q: In attempting to assess the performance of my (mainly 5i) portfolios, how dividend %ages determined? In other words, do I divide dividend $ by the "book cost" of a portfolio or by the "market value" ?

Q: I haven't kept up with news in Brookfield Renewable but see it has really declined. I had been looking for an entry point. Is this it? Yield seems great and it is very oversold. Was there a reason for the decline? Is now a good time to start a position? I Have a 5% weighting in AQN presently.

Q: Hi 5i. What is your thoughts about today's news, the acquisition of Dealermine by Quorum. They say the acquisition is acretive right away and it doubles the size of Quorum to a revenue base in excess of C$25 million, the majority of which is recurring SaaS revenue.

Q: I purchased Boyd a couple months ago at the top of the chart. It has been all weakness since and is down ~$10. Is there any reason to get out of it now based on the weakness? Did I just time it wrong? Or, alternatively, should I be adding more at these levels?
