Q: Hello,

Since the world has returned to "normal," fitness equipment maker Nautilus has fallen off a cliff. I'm wondering if this company is worth buying at ~$1.00, considering the possibility that when aliens start co-habitating with humans, there may be an increased demand for at-home gyms again from a segment of the population that could be alien-phobic. It would be a small stake (~2% of my TFSA), but I'd be risk-averse if the company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Thanks,
Human

Q: Sorry if this has been asked before, but how do analysts come up with earnings estimates? Seems quite arbitrary if companies that have intimate knowledge of their own operations already provide forecasts.

Q: Hi Team,
Shop is falling again today despite earnings beats and price target increases across the board. Is it a good time to buy the shares from todays profit takers? Also in general do you see this market sell off sparked by the fitch downgrade of the US credit rating a buying opp? There has been some brutal sell offs over the last 2 days. Which names would you be looking to buy in this weakness? Thanks

Q: XTD is a split share corp that invests in shares of TD bank. TD has had some issues but is now seen as somewhat undervalued, with good potential upside. XTD, currently at $4.00, pays a 15% dividend, monthly, as long at the net asset value is above $12.50. It is currently at 12.95. The risk would seem to be the risk that the TD stock underperforms. Would appreciate your thoughts.
