Among the other projects are the $3 billion Atlantic Sunrise project in Pennsylvania, delayed in March, and the $3 billion Jordan Cove LNG project in Oregon, rejected in March. The $700 million Gateway Pacific coal terminal was rejected in May, and the PennEast Pipeline, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, was delayed in March. The $5.1 billion Atlantic Coast Pipeline in West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina was delayed in April.

Q: With todays actions in Washington and a nice bump in the price of Trans Canada Pipelined ( new 52 week high ) would you expect a pullback while negotiations take place or will overall current performance continue to move the price higher ?

Q: I have a 2% position in Lyondellbasell Industries. I bought it as an RBC Top Pick but it never went anywhere and I'm now even on my purchase price with gains only on the dividend. Q: It has been since last summer since you commented on WBA. Do you like this a go-to name in consumer staples? Outside of Jean Coutu, there really isn't an equivalent any longer in Canada, is it worthwhile to hold long-term? Divi is only about 1.8%

Q: As we get older we are thinking of making our portfolio less volatile. Therefore, we have been thinking of eliminating cyclical stocks, such as energy, companies like Agrium. Do you think this is the best route, or would you prefer, as I think you do, hold a smaller percentage of cyclical stocks? Also, would you consider a company like Finning, which is related to the energy sector in many ways, as a cyclical stock?

Q: Hello 5iTeam
RBC has just announced a IPO for Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT fir $10.10. Would you consider this comparable to Chartwell or Sienna and which would you prefer or just stay away from Healthcare altogether?

Q: I have about 22% of my portfolio in tech and would like to trim back. QCOM makes up about 3.1% of the total and NVDA, 4.3%. At this point would you sell one of these or sell some of each?

BTW, my other tech holdings are: CSU (3.8%) KXS (2.4%) SHOP (4.2%) GOOGL (3.5%)

Q: For allocating in registered and non registered plans, can you please tell me which companies in 5i portfolios and coverage universe pay dividends that are taxed as income and will not benefit form the dividend tax credit?
