Q: Hi. Do you have any idea why UTX is down so sharply today? Would it be related to the spin off of Otis? I have a 3.3% position in it and was considering bringing it up to 4%. Should I do that now, wait a while or look elsewhere? thanks for your great effort these past few months, it is greatly appreciated!

Q: Good Day Team,
I purchased AC this year at $50.00 a share. Sort of feel lost now as to whether Hold, Sell, or Buy. Would you please give me advice to what you would do.
Have been thinking of purchasing the same amount of shares as previous to off set this loss for when things begin to improve again.
Thank you kindly,
John G.

Q: Good morning. I have approx $200k in a RRIF currently to invest. In these troubled times I'd like 5 REITS and 5 blue chip dividend payers that we can buy and hold long term. 5 + years. We don't need the funds but would like to build and grow same while getting a consistent return. Thanks in advance. David
