Q: Hi 5i Team - I have a small position in Super Micro Computer but am not sure whether to add to it or sell it and use the proceeds elsewhere. Could you provide an update on fundamentals, insider ownership and your opinion on its potential going forward over the next couple of years.

If I decide to sell, is there another similar company that might have better prospects.

Thank you.

Q: Hello,

In terms of valuation, which is the better choice, and also, is BAM much less risky than BN for a fairly conservative investor? It's been graphically much weaker than BN for some time.

thanks

Q: Good evening Peter and Team,

Lately, there's been quite a few questions about the current state of the markets. I'm reminded of the story of Bernard Baruch, who sold his stock holdings prior to the 1929 crash because he recognized signs of extreme market speculation and overextension. While popular legend often attributes his exit to a single encounter with a shoeshine boy giving stock tips, Baruch's decision was actually based on several analytical and psychological factors. Readers may ask AI to provide further information.

One day in July 2000, I was shopping at a Tip Top Tailors store and happened to overhear a store clerk giving financial advice to another customer. He urged the customer to buy Nortel stock immediately! As we know, Nortel's stock peaked at $124.50 on July 26. 2009, and last traded at $0.185 on June 26, 2009 when it was delisted from the TSX after its bankruptcy.

I appreciate your calm and rational approach, but must admit that I'm becoming more concerned, especially when great stocks like TRI are being so severely punished.

Your insights are always greatly appreciated.

Q: Would you be a buyer of either name after their good results today? Have a small position in SPOT already but none currently in RACE. I did have RACE before but sold back in Dec. Would you consider these good long term growth stocks and which would you choose if you had to pick one for long term growth or would you have positions in both? Thanks!

Q: I hold all four of these financials.
The Bank stocks are performing well while GSY and PRL are not,
All are in the lending business. I would appreciate your explanation
of this difference other than the type of borrower they serve given economic concerns.
Thank you
John

Q: Hi,
I know that these companies vary widely.
Given today's prices, could you please rank the order if you were to initiate a position for about 3 years? Please also give a short blurb about advantages/disadvantages of buying each one today.
Thank you!

Q: We often hear about the trade deficits the U.S. has with Canada, but is it reasonable to frame the issue purely in terms of population size? How is it possible that Canada, with a population of about 40;million, buys roughly as many U.S. goods as the United States with about 345&;million people buys from Canada? The Chart Attack V.13 chapter on trade between countries was enlightening. Thank you
