Q: Very curious as too why you seem to support HDIV. Looking at the sell-off window between Jul 31 and Aug 7 this year, HDIV declined approx 40% more than the avg decline of the TSX, S&P500 and DOW. I fully understand at/out of money risk, but it seem leverage, which HDIV uses, is not great in market downturns. I know the window for this analysis is narrow, however it seems to show the risk of leveraged funds.

Q: TD Web Broker shows Nutrien as trading below book value. The technical chart doesn't look very encouraging, but I see a couple of insiders have bought recently.

With a little investigation there seem to be a couple of hundred Canadian stocks trading at or below book value. Most of them don't look to be neatly as big or as strong financially as Nutrien. Do you see any gems I might have overlooked?

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I believe they just had a good quarter and one analyst has raised the target price from $11.00 to $12.00. Today it hit a new high of $10.20 on high volume. I do worry about their debt. I also realize that TD Webbroker always seems to over estimate target prices. I have been very patient with this stock and am up. So I am wondering what the odds are that it will go much higher or should I just sell and be happy and eliminate risk. Your thoughts please! Thank you in advance for your opinion which is always helpful in my decisions.

Q: Previous question included 'Has 5i thought of providing a regular update of stocks that were once favoured but no longer make the grade'. Your response mentioned MG and OTEX and a comment about not reacting to a single quarterly report. This is fair. But will 5i consider reporting on companies that, over time, were once highly recommended but no longer are on the list? Your customers rely and use these recommended lists - they are rated high. Why wouldn't 5i alert customers when a company no longer warrants the recommendation? If no, then maybe you should stop providing the recommended lists and refer customers to your portfolios that you do keep current.

Q: At least one of the Canadian Banks offers Canadian Depositary Receipts (CDRs) for selected large cap US $ stocks (e.g. Nvidia). They enable you to buy "fractional shares" plus the CDRs have an embedded option to hedge/insure against US$/Cdn$ currency fluctuations. Do you feel it is better to buy/own US $ stocks directly or to own/buy them through CDRs? Thanks in advance for your answer and keep up the really good work, guys!
