Q: With the prices of some oil stocks down significantly in the past 6 months, do you think that some of the larger companies (SU, CNQ, etc) would want to take over some of the smaller players at a nice discount? A bit speculative, but can you identify some of the smaller takeover candidates?

Q: I own these energy stocks and some are on the plus side and others are on the losing side. I've been waiting for quite some time for the Chinese economy to take off, but it seems to go nowhere ? I would like to trim some of my holdings. Please place them in order of what you would keep down to some you would let go. Maybe you could code them as 10 being the best and 1 as being the worst. Thanks.

Q: Is it time to buy energy stocks? If so, what 2-3 holdings do you suggest? In the past I've successfully owned TVE, WCP and SGY. for growth. I currently own CNQ and have held it for years as an income stock. Thanks.

Q: My only energy holding is ENB, and I'm thinking of replacing it with something with greater growth prospects. Dividends are not too important. Are there any of the stocks listed you would suggest at this time? (Or any others??)

Q: I own Arc Resources. Some investors are suggesting the FCF is just not there anymore. It used to be higher (I believe around 25% FCF yield) but as of June 2022 it was reported to be closer to 15-17% FCF yield. Possibly one could get a higher yield with another energy company? I am thinking about selling, taking profits and adding to Surge Energy. I would like to hear your comments. Are there any issues with ARX? Thanks in advance!

Q: If a 2% tax is imposed upon oil and gas co. share buybacks, I assume that free cash flow will be directed toward debt repayment and dividend increases, with low debt companies raising dividends the most. Which O&G companies would you recommend, ( if my assumption is correct )?

Q: I presently own Surge Energy and Tamarack Energy. Both are up multiples from their 52 week lows. Surge is starting a 3.5% dividend on July 15th.
Both are down a bit during this selloff. Would you add to either or have they gone up so much in the past twelve months that it is a bit greedy to expect either/both to continue rising. Josef Schachter said Surge could go to $13 (it did), then possibly $20 and eventually $40 in 2-3 years.
Tamarack is more solid but has had an awesome year, as well. Are they peaking now?
Thanks.
