BMO Equal Weight Oil & Gas Index ETF (ZEO $77.31)
Q: I own the BMO Equal Weight Canadian Oil and Gas Index ETF (ZEO) as well as some Canadian Natural Resources (CNQ), Tourmaline Oil (TOU), and Enbridge (ENB). All have done well. But oil prices are expected to fall in 2026 due to excess supply. Plus, with the US takeover of Venezuela, my understanding is that demand for Canadian oil could drop. Could you please rate each as a sell or hold? I hold ZEO in my TFSA if that make a difference. Would you swap any for a US oil company and/or a US Oil and Gas ETF? Thank you.
Q: Worried about U.S. seizure of Venezuelan oil.
What price would Wti have to decline before Cnq & Wcp reduce their dividends?

Q: Hello Peter,
Your opinion please.
With US going to 'run' Venezuelan heavy oil, what is the market reaction and impact to WCS, the producers and the pipelines that move Alberta oil to the USA? Is it time to go underweight on the energy sector for this year?
Regards
Rajiv

Q: I recently heard of the $BPENER as a marker for oil sentiment. It is carried by Stock Charts here: https://stockcharts.com/sc3/ui/?s=%24BPENER
Are you familiar with this? Can you explain it to me as much as you know? How it works? And how to best way you can use it? Or best not at all?

Q: Can you comment on Saturns announced 2026 capital plan and forecast. At what point do you like its debt ratio to be attractive.
Q: What do you think of this small company with a nice dividend? Would love your thoughts on the viability of the dividend and any growth forward with the stock price?
Thanks as usual

Q: Significant loss this year : what would be an entry price ,or would a sell be an option if long term value is a priority ?
Q: Would you see these as a reasonable complimentary pairing in the mid-cap Energy space for growth and yield? Thanks and Happy Holidays!
Q: What are you thought on taking a half position at current prices in my TFSA? I currently hold a very small 1/4 position in TCP which I would like to increase, but not at current prices. What are your thoughts? Is there a better buy within the sector?
Q: Why do pipelines often weaken when the price of crude falls based upon high available supply ? Are their tolls tied to the price of crude ? I always thought the income was based upon the volume of oil moved vs the price of crude. Thank you.
Q: I am considering selling my ARX and TOU and replacing them with a gas stock(s) with better total return potential. Do you have a couple of suggestions that you would consider better alternatives?
With appreciation,
Ed

Q: Hello
I have ARX and ALA and some Tou (3 storks)
as natural gas has done well, my holdings do not seem to be able to match Peyto energy
wonder if you can add another name besides the 3 that I have to take advantage of the natural gas prices
thanks
Michael
