Q: I am investigating CLS as a potential long term investment. In a recent answer to a question, 5i stated that CLS seems to be putting things together much better now. What is CLS putting together much better now, and is it sustainable? How important is AI, to CLS future share price? Could you elaborate on the most major risk to CLS share price? Would you consider CLS a good hold for five plus years?? Thanks for the excellent analysis!

Q: What would be your top energy (large and mid caps) picks today for greatest growth?
Q: Good Morning,
What’s your opinion on CRWD as a long term hold? Does is still have a long runway for growth moving forward? My wife currently holds it in her TFSA, however has been considering swapping it out for something like QQQ. Your thoughts?
Thank you

Q: Hello 5i,
Thank you for taking time to answer so many questions on top stocks to own or purchase. We read through questions on ranking popular stocks but we were not able to formulate a priority list of CDN and US small cap stocks, especially with so many rising quickly in the last couple of months.
Based on current valuations, risk, growth potential, and management, in what order would you purchase the stocks below for a 2-5 year hold? If there are too many stocks, can you please list your top 10 or 12 in priority from the list?
ACLS, ACMR, AXON, CELH, DOO, ESTC, GSY, HPS.A, INMD, LMN, OPRA, NXT, PATH, PLTR, SMCI, VRT
Thank you

Q: In response to Ben’s question on March 1 regarding to buy LMN or not you stated that if one has a time frame of 5 years or more, then he should buy it at the going price. Are you saying not to buy the stock if less than 5 year timeframe?
What if one does not use timeframes as a reference but uses percentages ? In my TFSA ( where I have my riskier stocks ) I use 20% as a point of consideration to sell. I may be leaving money on the table but I have locked in a good gain. I would appreciate your thoughts on this approach. Would your answer on LMN be the same if one used the 20% ?
Thanks . Derek

Q: Hi
I am up 114% on HPS.A in my TFSA.
Do I let run?
Sell half and let it run on the free shares?
If I do sell half what would you suggest?
Presently have DRX, RCIV, LMN, PRL, WELL, XIT, XSU in my TFSA.
Thank you
Mike

Q: Hi, I'm light on financials holding a full position in TD. I was wondering if you could give me a few picks with safety, dividends and some growth being the parameters for a retiree's income portfolio? Would now be a good time to add another bank or would you lean into an insurance name at this time? Or something else? I look forward to your response. Thank you.

Q: Thoughts on why Crox trades at such a low p/e. It has a strong brand. good growth and has been reducing debt.
How does P/E compare to other strong retail brands? What would be a catalyst for multiple expansion for CROX?
Thanks
Rob

Q: One of the great things about CSU that makes them “investor friendly” is that they don’t issue shares. If they aren’t raising capital by selling shares, what’s the benefit to the board/company being publicly traded?
Q: India is now or about to be the most populous country in the world and its economy appears strong. This should point towards solid growth going forward. What are your thoughts on this? If one wanted to invest in this scenario, how would they do it? Can you suggest ETFs that would mimic their future?
Q: I agree the quarter looked fine on the surface with most numbers up but I think the change in yearend but what's being compared is a 4 month final quarter and 10 month year. Also net impaired loans are ramping up big time.
Could this be what is spooking trading in the stock today? Perhaps you could take a closer look at the numbers.

Q: Looking to sell some Amazon and add Google.
Do you think Google can rebound in the short to medium term? Is there any indication that suggest an improvement in AI offerings? Do you think it's a buy given current valuations or do you think the stock has further to drop?

Q: Dear 5i
I`m sure i`ve asked this question before but i cannot find your answer to this question .
Do you have to include ETF's that are Canadian listed that hold US stocks such as HXS and ZSP as part of my foreign reporting re foreign assets on my taxes ?
Also i have 3 ETF's that apparently have Trust or Partnership income (ZLB,CDZ,ZSP ). I have not received this notification before from my brokerage firm so i'm assuming this is a relatively new structuring of these particular ETF's . That said , is trust and partnership income taxed more or less than other forms of income ? Are you taxed on this income derived from capital gains , dividend or interest income ?
Thanks
Bill C

Q: what is your opinion of this company
Q: What do you think of BCE as of late being that their dividend payout is sitting at 160% of earnings and their growth is slowing?
Do you think a dividend cut is in the offing down the road or would they risk the share price hit on that move?

Q: Does Apple’s giving up on Project Titan make you wonder their vision and research ability is subpar? Now they are switching to AI … seems to me they were following the crowd several years ago on EV and are now following the crowd on AI. Maybe a few years later they will give up on AI. Where is their vision? Thanks,
