Q: Hi,
One of my industrial holdings is Honeywell. I am thinking of replacing it with Vertiv Holdings. Could you please comment on the trade offs and risk/return potential?
Thank you, Michael
Q: Considering the holdings (with low or no dividends) ,I wonder how this etf can offer 6% dividends,if it is really a 6% dividend, should we deduct +/-15% foreign tax in RRSP account, since most Cies are foreign Cies out of USA..thanks for your always excellent comments
Q: Everyone, Bitcoin, there has been a lots of talk about crypto for many years but I am hesitant until it is supervised by the treasury departments of countries. Until then it is nothing more than a digital currency that could have no value. That being stated politicians will start to approve if it will get them a vote. Rule number one of a politician is get elected and rule two is get re elected. So do I wait or do I purchase an ETF? Do I purchase in quarter pieces over the course of a year? Or what? Clayton

Q: What is your view on this article especially of the author's suggestion to reduce exposure to growth stocks in favour of value stocks and high quality bonds? https://epaper.calgaryherald.com/article/281947433202611
Q: Vale has taken quite a drop since the beginning of the year (now at 5.2x PE). Dividend seems to be highly variable over the last few years. What are your thoughts on the safety of the dividend (seems to pay every 4 months ... are you able to confirm)? How about the payout ratio Do you think the annual dividend can stay above 9% going forward ?
Q: Today, I heard Mike Philbrick on Market Call, and one of his top picks was a USA managed futures etf: DBMF (I couldn't see it in your co drop down above). Also, recently I heard on Animal Spirits a podcast on managed futures as well, etf: KMLM, by Krane Shares. I’m interested in knowing what 5i thinks about Managed Futures? It seems it might be a good diversifier for one’s portfolio. Do these etf’s have decays when their futures contracts get rolled over? What are the negatives of these etf’s? Which one would you prefer and why? Or is there another one you like better? Or is it simply better to raise some cash when we think markets get over valued?
Q: Good day, 5i - Can you please tell me if there is a Canadian ETF with a focus on Hydrogen? A dividend would be nice, but not essential. Thank you for your great work.
Q: I have a 1% position in PBH, and an extra 1% cash to deploy: I am debating between doubling my PBH position to 2%, or selling PBH and initiating a 2% position in COST. My time horizon for this investment is quite long (greater than five years): which would seem to be the more prudent choice?

Q: Hello Peter,
I am trying to decide to between Disney , Vertiv Holdings, and AOS smith.. I know they are in different industries, However, based on risk and reward which is a better stock.. Are you able to suggest a ranking based on value play versus growth.. Much appreciated.
Q: Hello, I like these two stocks and already have a 2% position in them. I'd like to continue building, but I keep reading how they are both currently overvalued. However, they seem to continue climbing in price! My positions are considerably lower than today's prices, so do you think averaging in would be okay or wait for a dip that may never come? Or could you suggest a couple other options for stable but high growth over the next few years? Thank you so much!
