Q: AGN has received a $188.24/s stock+cash offer from ABBV, yet (pre-market) its shares aren't breaking above $173. In this sort of situation, isn't it more typical for the share price to overshoot the offer (given the chance of another bid)? Or is the market doubtful that any deal will be completed?

I have some USD set aside to purchase Pfizer (PFE:US) and have a window of up until about Aug.5th give or take, having missed the latest dividend. So, I am in no real hurry. My question is: should I just proceed and purchase now or wait to see if there is any kind of pull-back presenting a better entry point between now and August? I see it has continued to grind higher over the past while.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Q: What is 5i's thoughts about Sangoma's bought deal financing announced this morning at $1.55. Despite the dilution is it good for current shareholders given the Company's track record? Will it improve valuation metrics (trading multiples) going forward? Currently Sangoma trades less then 1X sales which seems very cheap against their peer group and other small caps.
