thanks, Jean

Q: May I please have your comments on this ETF. I am a senior and a very conservative investor. Would this be a good time to purchase?
Thank you for your guidance.

Q: I just received a notification of a class action suit and it advises that you must opt out by March 25, 2020 which date has come and gone.
I guess I have no choice now .. I am part of the class action. Will this create a problem for me .. what should I do? I have been involved in stocks as part of a class action. The forms and info requiredwere very time-consuming and received pennies on the dollar for it.
AYX, AMD, NVDA, TTD, FIVN, and CRM. What type of ETFs would have these type of stocks in them? I was with Dundee Private Vestors for a very long time one of their very top picks was the Sprott Growth Fund which I did well by .. manager Peter Hodson. Thanks Dennis

Q: Hi there, what are your thoughts on Shopify's recent parabolic moves? Is it justified? If you were looking for a long term entry point, where would you be looking as an entry point?

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP.UN)

Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation Class A Exchangeable Subordinate Voting Shares (BIPC)
Q: Hello, you say that in a RRSP or RIF both BIP.UN and BIPC are economically equivalent. When one looks at the company profile of both, only BIP.UN shows a dividend yield of 5.1%. The company profile of BIPC does not show any dividend. Is it because BIPC is a new company that has just been listed? Will the dividend of BIPC be the exact same of BIP.UN? Regards, Gervais
Q: I am a Canadian and have built up a good position in BPY.UN during this sell-off. Their website says their distributions are to dividends but Flow Thru (income) and taxed in the hands of shareholders.
They supposedly issue T5013s.
Is it better to hold in RRSP/TFSA or non-registered?
If I am borrowing to invest in a non-registered, do you think the interest can be written off taxes like buying other securities can be?
Thank you
Bruce

Q: Which one would you add to now?
Q: what would be your top few picks for an ETF to ad global and US exposure to a portfolio that is lacking that? interested more in tech, industrial, basic materials and consumer defence/cyclical but would be ok looking into any sector if you think they would be a better choice.
thanks
thanks
Q: A highly rated analyst has rated CNR a "sell" according to TD. I've held it a long time - should I sell it? If so, what would you suggest to replace it? Thanks.
Q: I notice that last friday the TSX closed at 14360 and on the end of 2018 it closed at 14323 relatively unchanged over 16.5 months
Out of curiosity I checked my portfolio results for the the above period and was surprised to see that if generated a return of 21.5 %, as a result of picks from your three portfolios

Q: hi there,
I have owned this for a long time in my US 401K. It has recovered very quickly. Where does it go from here - i was looking to add to my position but missed the opportunity as i was surprised it recovered so quickly. Thoughts on adding to this position in a well diversified portfolio.
Cheers

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
As luck would have it after being under water for two years on GILD I dumped it at $63.
It’s gone straight since then mostly because of a possible covid vaccine . I note you like it and while I obviously hope they or someone has a vaccine soon , I wonder about your thoughts for it going forward if they do not come up with a vaccine for covid .
Thanks for all you do

Q: if you had to build a brand new income portfolio , would you include ENB , knowing the present crisis ?
Q: I was involved in the Tech crash, the Financial crash and now the the Covid crash. I learned to have good quality stocks, be patient, and the stock market will be higher after this ends than before this crisis started - believe in capitalism. I also would like to thank you and your team for giving investors sound, well thought out and realistic advice. Give knowledge to others that you would give yourself and use knowledge NOT emotion. Take care and stay healthy.

Q: I'm trying to decide what to do with TSGI in one account. I'm holding 1000 shares (-12% @$35.43) which comprises 4.4% of my main account. Given the large amount I hold, the commission to sell on the London Exchange is immaterial so I thought I'd probably hold for the Flutter shares. However, with the move up today I'm wondering if I should sell and move on. If there is reasonable/substantial future upside I'd hold. My time horizon is likely 2-3 years, maybe longer. Sell or Hold?
Q: Any comment on the valuation of this company?
